This creates a place where you can be fully connected with your mind, body and spirit. Connect to Your Mind - Begin by meditating on the top of the head and as you relax the muscles in your head, feel your thoughts moving around your mind and becoming conscious. When your mind is relaxed, begin to focus on each thought and visualize the image that you have created for your mind and focus on that thought. If your mind is thinking of pain, visualize your pain healing your body and focus on it. Visualize your pain melting away and replacing it with joy. As you continue your exercise you will become more aware of your thoughts and feelings and they will flow through you and connect with your entire body. Connect to Your Mind - Start by focusing on the color green, imagine your entire body as green and relax your mind and body, feel your mind entering into the colors of green. and feeling the strength of your thoughts and feelings moving through your mind. When you are connecting with your mind and body, imagine that you are breathing in the color green and filling your lungs with the love of nature. Connect to Your Heart - If you want to connect with your body's physical healing power connect with it by breathing in the color of red. envision your entire body as red and fill your lungs with the energy of this color. As you continue to practice this exercise each day your body will benefit from a healthy balance between your mind, body and spirit.
